Fake to the worldHer empty eyes, not able to see. She’s looking, looking, but sees nothing. Those hazel eyes, if you look hard enough you can see through the lies. Her fake smile, fooling everyone around. She acts like she’s fine, when really she’s crying inside. Her empty eyes, they hold everything she hides. If you look hard enough you can see straight through them. Who would of known she was thinking of death. Her body physically and emotionally stressed. Holding back the tears. Beyond The BeatsI dropped the bowl, but didn’t mean to. Quickly pick up the pieces, and now the dirty food. I pray to God he didn’t hear. I couldn’t handle another feeling of being scared. It’s too late he heard the noise. He slammed the door, and now is headed my way. Running quickly to my room. Maybe if I act asleep, he’ll be fooled. But who am I kidding? He’s too wise for that. Unspoken MeQuiet thoughts. Unspoken tears. Thinking constantly, too scared of fear. Holding on, trying to let go. Not having the courage to finally say no. Lying mind, blinding lights. This is all what I see while sleeping at night. Blinded friends. When is this all gonna end? Constantly giving in to the things I said I wouldn't. Crying thoughts of words that shout.
